Love this water although there does t seem to be a lot of offers on for existing customers

Love everything about Dash no calories or sweeteners lovely fresh taste. Been having Dash for a couple of years now - no loyalty offers and postage is getting very expensive !

Fantastic company and the fruit flavoured sparkling water is amazing. Great variety, tastes great while being healthy! Brilliant offers and incentives...what's not to love. Option to subscribe and choose deliveries, but also easy to cancel. Honestly give them a go....highly recommended 😁

Quality flavoured sparkling water delivered in less than 24 hours to my door. Amazing service.

The product is great, but their pricing is very customer unfriendly. Buy direct from their website and order in bulk 96 cans and they'll charge you MORE per can than buying 4 at the supermarket. This tells me there's something unethical going on with their marketing strategy and I find it hard to get on board with the product.

The package arrived fully intact with excellent branding which was a plus but upon tasting the product i was disappointed. This in my opinion was because the taste of the sparkling water totally outweighed the taste of the fruit which spoilt what i thought was going to be a refreshing drink. I hold no malice towards you with my opinion as i think it's an excellent idea albeit it didn't live up to my expectations.

It's a good way to get me drinking water...lovely flavours

I ordered Dash drinks which I didn't receive. I contacted them by website and they sent a replacement ASAP.I do a subscription to encourage me to drink more 💧 and this has helped me with my appetite. I like the flavours particularly lime and lemon.I wish they would add these together. Some of the flavours smell more than they taste which is ok. I would definitely recommend them for the customer service via email.

FedEx messed up my delivery but Alex resolved the problem ASAP. Dash offers a lovely sparkling drink with a subtle infusion of fruit. Highly recommended!

Loving the new lime flavoured water even my grandaughter loves them

Ordered from them 7 months ago. Found a pack of faulty cans, contacted their customer service, had a response and a new pack of cans sent within half an hour!

i bought a package of various dash water drinks based on the advert stating that they were sugar free, they were but also after trying the blackcurrent and lime ones found they were also taste free maybe only a dash of flavor, for me they were undrinkable and i gave 46 of the 48 i bought away, i would not buy these drinks again and i will actively discourage anyone also from buying them

There was a pretty minor problem with the order, but the folks at dash sorted it on a Sunday evening rather than wait until Monday morning. Above and beyond!

I had an issue with a subscription discount code recently (probably my fault - I missed a reminder and misinterpreted something). When I contacted them they replied immediately and refunded the discount to my card, with an apology. This is what customer service should be like! And DASH water is, of course, absolutely delicious anyway. Eco credentials, healthy, delicious, fantastic customer service - what’s not to love?
