The product itself is an absolute dream. I always liked sparkling water anyway but I’m now pregnant and DASH is pretty much all I will drink (aside from plain old tap water). It’s the closest I’ve come to a craving. A definite fixation. I love the values of the company. The branding. The general vibe. It’s all a hit.

Very helpful customer service, went above and beyond when I encountered a problem with ordering. I love Dash and feel it is the most thirst quenching drink I have ever bought. A great range of flavours to choose from and an excellent subscription service with customer loyalty benefits. Im happy to recommend this company and their wonderful product.

I love all the flavours but grapefruit is my favourite. I drink 6 a day and take 2 to bed with me. I can’t imagine going back to plain sparkling water. The deliver is fast and the drinks are well packed. I love these drinks so thank you DASH 😊

Superb - fast delivery and the taste is magnificent

Great customer service . My order arrived damaged due to the courier giving my water a bumpy ride. I messaged Dash on a Sunday and got an instant reply from Alex. I was very impressed to be told that they would be sending me a new delivery of Dash Water I first tried this water at my daughters house and had to agree with her that’s it’s delicious and thirst quenching. I also love the story behind the company using wonky fruit in their drinks. The flavours are all lovely and refreshing and I will be drinking them regularly. I also love to support small businesses and I have to say some of the bigger companies should be taking notice of the amazing customer service from Dash. If you haven’t tried Dash Water then get your order in. You won’t be disappointed

Having emailed with a problem late on Saturday evening I was most impressed to get a reply within ten minutes and to have the problem satisfactorily resolved within the hour. Other businesses could learn from this level of customer service !!.

I have tried many, many different types of flavoured water ( I don’t drink tea or coffee) and I never tire of DASH. No artificial sweeteners, zero calories, subtle but thirst quenching. The subscription is excellent value for money.

Excellent customer service, delicious drinks, fair prices and frequent deals. DASH is my go to for a refreshing, healthy and affordable drink. Last delivery was lost by the post but when I got in touch with them they resolved the issue quickly and immediately and sent a new parcel.

Responsive, human customer service

Literally a game changer for my health. The waters have so much flavour without any additives and for someone who doesn’t like sweetness this is just perfect. I’m addicted to Grapefruit but peach is also amazing.

I e-mailed my query at 7.00am in the morning and received a reply half an hour later. Amazing service. Great products.
