Super fast delivery. The waters are great. Good amount of fizz and the flavours are delicious.

As a newly-diagnosed diabetic I loved the idea of this water - fruit-flavour without sugar or sweetener and an alternative to plain water. I was disappointed this was a subscription/bulk-buying service as I only wanted to try the flavours, not buy them in bulk straight off. I kept my subscription in case I loved the drink and wanted to keep ordering them. I tried peach and cancelled my subscription as it's not for me. In fairness it does taste exactly how it should given there's no sugar or sweetener - peach flavoured water (with absolutely no kick). I left the rest in my staffroom at work for others to enjoy. The company are good - I found the website easy to use and the subscription easy to cancel. They kept me informed. I just dislike subscription services as they seem wasteful if you can't try before you buy and I'm disappointed I didn't enjoy the drink.

I have tried to contact you on several occasions via email over the last 4 months about my subscription, not once gave you bothered to come back to me.

Easy to order, arrived in good time and tastes delicious - naturally flavoured sparkling water.

Love everything about this product - the company ethos is spot on. I work in school and don’t drink enough I now put this in my water bottle and it is so nice I drink it all.

Delivery nightmare! made my order on the 29th of December have been receiving daily emails from the third party delivery to confirm it will be delivered but am still waiting for the items to be delivered. Have stayed in to wait for delivery and no sign and no one can provide contact details for the delivery so i cannot include instructions to ensure successful delivery.

Absolutely love DASH! I have been subscribed to them for almost a year now and I love all their flavours and the regular discounts they offer. If there’s ever been an issue (never with them - both times with the postage companies) then DASH have replied immediately and sorted out / replaced instantly. I really can’t recommend them enough!

Customer service is great however no matter how much I wanted to like the drink i just couldn't to me it tasted revolting.

Terrific customer service. I have been a die hard subscriber since the start of the pandemic and have never looked back. Their self-service platform (and credit system) aren't great, operationally speaking - but support is both quick and excellent so I really can't fault them. And the water slaps harder than all the other sparking water. (Posh Spice knows what's up.)

It tastes nice but I started getting stomach pains 😫 and was vomiting so not for me still have nearly a full trial pack left 🙃

I had a recent issue updating my credit card payment and it was sorted by Alex in Customer Services in no time at all. I love the product and now impressed with the service as well

Ease of ordering , the discount for NHS was very appreciated and of course the variety of flavours. I would like to subscribe but at the moment i'm studying and so finances are a little tight. Soon as i'm back in full time employment then i will. Both my sons love the product too
