Second positive experience
Second positive experience. So leading on from my previous review where my query was sorted the same day regarding re ordering. The query was raised on a Sunday and by the Tuesday my new order was received, fantastic service, however, sadly the courier company damaged one package ( no fault of DASH ) Sent an email / photo the same day showing the damage and today I’ve had a reply to what action is to be taken next so again I reiterate not only is this a BRILLIANT product itself the customer service received is EXCEPTIONAL 😊 I can’t recommend the product or the customer service more highly 😊
