This is the best flavoured water I have ever had, so refreshing and even better no sweeteners or sugar I would highly recommend this to my friends
I order this quite regularly however the code I was sent did not work in my haste I then messed the order up. I cannot praise this companies wonderful customer service. Absolute amazing they sorted the code corrected my error in no time at all highly recommend and the products Are great too!!

After tasting the Lime variety I immediately took out a generous fortnightly subscription. But it seems no matter how many I buy, we always end up with a disagreement over who’s had the most, and who is therefore entitled to the last one before the next delivery arrives 😄 I often have to supplement our stocks from the local supermarket to save a family war!

I love Dash water, the flavours are great, no nasties in it, and really refreshing, the subscription is flexible and the staff super helpful. So many drinks on the market contain sugar and other additives, but Dash is virtuous. If you haven't tried it, you really should!
I have a regular weekly subscription with Dash and love the company. This week I received my order but the cans were all damaged, not an issue accidents happen. Sent an email for next steps as I needed a replacement ASAP as they were being used for a cocktail drink I was making for a party. By the next day I had not received a reply so emailed again asking for someone to resolve my problem ASAP, still no response. Sent a further email advising if nobody contacted me by that day I would be cancelling my 4 subscriptions - still no response. What made it worse I also put a comment on a post on their Instagram, instead of taking action, they simply deleted the negative comment. Their loss, I have recruited many new customers with discount codes etc and so disappointed in a company that I thought was great ! As of today I have still had no contact.
This is a great company. First of all the drinks taste wonderful and have no tricky additives. The customer service is amazing polite, prompt and professional. Highly recommend
Ordered on Tuesday night and the drinks were with me Thursday lunchtime. Was impressed they use a good delivery company too even though its free shipping. The drinks are all great, peach and grapefruit are the early favourites and can't wait to try some more flavours!
Brilliant. Ordered some Grapefruit. And whilst I feel guilty spending money on this...as it's water (It's a treat)...I still did it. My shopify on my mobile auto sent it to my work. Not home. I completely didn't want 24 cans at my work which is 1hour from home...so I emailed them straight away. Expecting nothing til Monday...they sent an answer...straight away (on a Saturday eve) and sorted it. 💥 Nice one.

I have been a customer for over a year and really enjoy the drinks. However they still wrap their 12 packs in plastic which is extremely disappointing. I raised this with them over a year ago but no changes have been made. As a sustainable brand they must do better. There are alternatives so there are no excuses really.
I just e mailed to change my order to delivery every 30 days instead of 60 days because the water is so so refreshing and it was sorted in minutes …… a first class service
