Poor customer service
I have a regular weekly subscription with Dash and love the company. This week I received my order but the cans were all damaged, not an issue accidents happen. Sent an email for next steps as I needed a replacement ASAP as they were being used for a cocktail drink I was making for a party. By the next day I had not received a reply so emailed again asking for someone to resolve my problem ASAP, still no response. Sent a further email advising if nobody contacted me by that day I would be cancelling my 4 subscriptions - still no response. What made it worse I also put a comment on a post on their Instagram, instead of taking action, they simply deleted the negative comment. Their loss, I have recruited many new customers with discount codes etc and so disappointed in a company that I thought was great ! As of today I have still had no contact.
