Lovely flavours - great drinks

Addictive! I drink several cans of this every single day and they are just delicious!! Totally addicted to them

I have these drinks on subscription now I enjoy them that much. They are refreshing and satisfying. My favourite is the cucumber, it’s like summer in a glass. Ordering is easy as is the delivery process. I had a slight issue with my recent delivery, I made contact with their customer service team and the response and service was first class.

I ordered 12 of 4 flavours. The delivery was quick and easy. I love the lime in particular. The grapefruit and raspberry are also lovely and refreshing. However the mango really isn't for me. It has an odd aftertaste which I find unpleasant - I have tried a couple of cans thinking I may have had a bad can but they were the same, so won't be drinking those which is a shame because it's a bit of a waste. But I would order the other flavours again, they make a lovely change from wine.

Very nice drinks, flavourings are subtle and not too sweet. Look forward to trying more flavours, so far my favourites are cucumber and grapefruit.

Slight problem with the delivery but it only took one email to Alex in the customer support team and it was reordered, with first class delivery. Arrived the following day. Cheers guys

Delivery was within a couple of days of ordering. I have ordered this water several times and will continue to do so; it tastes delicious.. I’m under doctor’s orders to drink plenty water and plain water is boring. Thank you.

A good product let down by an inadequate online system and bad customer service. All changes to your subscription are made online and the portal doesn’t reflect your changes so you end up with products when you don’t want them. You then have to contact customer services to rectify the issue and rather than acknowledge you as a customer you get a message confirming your subscription is cancelled with a generic message “sorry to see you go”. Clearly not because if you were sorry you’d try to understand the issue and rectify it and therefore retain a customer. Despite cancelling the subscription they don’t even acknowledge a refund. Good product. Garbage customer service and poor attitude towards their customers.

I take a Dash drink with me Monday to Friday for work as talking on the phone as well as face to face talking to our patients is thirsty work. I know it is hydrating me and with a subtle fruitiness without the high calorific values that a fizzy drink has. My grown up children enjoy it when they visit and are driving for a refreshing beverage. I intend to change the flavours up each month in my subscription.

This is a great tasting , refreshing drink with no worrying additives. I have subscribed for years and it is straightforward and easy to control deliveries to suit . Have recommended to so many friends!

Great product. Really convenient subscription system, where you can alter frequency, vary flavours etc. Good variety of flavours available. Points system aswell, which provides some welcome discount. Handy size can, easily recycled, for storage in fridge, and portability. Strongly recommend you try it.

Ordered my first order with dash and the drinks are so lovely - going through them a bit too quick Alex was very efficient in responding to my email I sent with with a query with such lovely customer service Def recommend

Although I like the product, last month I received the wrong flavours. I contacted the help desk and was promised the two missing flavours would be dispatched immediately. I’ve never received these. All emails pointing this out have been totally ignored. I wasn’t the one who sent incorrect flavours and I wasn’t the one who promised to send the correct ones. Dash, please don’t ignore a customer’s correspondence, it’s infuriating! **Since my review Dash has responded and sent out the missing flavours.
