I’m being ignored by customer services.
Although I like the product, last month I received the wrong flavours. I contacted the help desk and was promised the two missing flavours would be dispatched immediately. I’ve never received these. All emails pointing this out have been totally ignored. I wasn’t the one who sent incorrect flavours and I wasn’t the one who promised to send the correct ones. Dash, please don’t ignore a customer’s correspondence, it’s infuriating! **Since my review Dash has responded and sent out the missing flavours.
