Bad customer service ruins a good product
A good product let down by an inadequate online system and bad customer service. All changes to your subscription are made online and the portal doesn’t reflect your changes so you end up with products when you don’t want them. You then have to contact customer services to rectify the issue and rather than acknowledge you as a customer you get a message confirming your subscription is cancelled with a generic message “sorry to see you go”. Clearly not because if you were sorry you’d try to understand the issue and rectify it and therefore retain a customer. Despite cancelling the subscription they don’t even acknowledge a refund. Good product. Garbage customer service and poor attitude towards their customers.
