I was asked to provide a review for this insurer on the day that my car insurance came into effect. All I can say is it seemed competitively priced and was easy to arrange. My advice to anyone intending to use these reviews as a guide is to check those that refer to how the claims process has gone for them.

Liars and cheats......don't go there

Moved to Darwin from Admiral. Renewal went up year on year. Difficult to talk to someone. Went on gocompare and here we are. Better price and lower excess. Rang and spoke with a real person on a Saturday afternoon with a question. Very impressed with the service. Thank you.

Found Darwin Insurance to be very competitive

Barage of emails of "how did we do". So, here we go, my one experience is taking my money, yep thats it, have no idea what happens with admin, claims or breakdown or any other benefit. So there you have it, my experience is, they took my money in exchange for a policy.
