Easy and quick

Keen initial pricing but not confident they would perform. I purchased a policy in advance and needed to let them know about an accident after I bought the policy and before it started, so my existing insurance was dealing with it. Called them and was told that I needed to go on to the website TODAY and change it and enter the details of the accident otherwise they would cancel the policy, oh and there would be an admin charge of £27. The website functionality is very limited so I needed to call them back, which I did and was then told that the previous advice was incorrect. I just cancelled the policy before it started and was again told there would be an admin fee, again incorrect. I lost all trust and confidence in Darwin and stayed where I was.

Tried to change my address. No option to manually edit as it wasn’t quite correct from the pick-list. Only way to get hold of someone is to email them. Auto-reply stating up to 5 working days to respond. Now on working day 6 and still not heard back. Not impressed

Price perfect is just getting old the insurance getting more and more expensive. We found reasonable good price and services is fully provided.

A great deal

The process of setting up car insurance was straightforward, BUT they have bad reviews from people making claims so I was a bit reluctant to go with them. I guess I will find out in the event of having to make a claim! Hopefully that won’t happen.

System not user friendly.

Avoid this insurance. i had an accident and when i tried to claim the said i never declared my point to them so it has been voided. The insurance was on auto renewal i had been with them for a year. All they know is to take peoples money. Now they are asking me to pay £1500. The lady i spoke to was so rude. everytime i conduct they put me me on hold for a long time time until the call hand up. They also pretend as if they are dealing with your issue. The lady i spoke to mentioned i had three chances to declare my pont and apparently they called me three times i kept saying “hello,hello i can’t hear you” which was a lie. i spoke to a guy called Malachi when i was dealing with the issue and every time i called back i was told he was busy.

Quoted over £560 from my car insurance provider for the last 30 years , took a like for like policy with Darwin saving me £254!
