It took over 2 weeks to get my order. I was told one lie after another . Excuses all the time. I strongly suggest finding another company for your shopping.

They had all of the products I was looking for available. They had very quick turnaround especially considering how shipping has been impacted with COVID-19. Products were carefully packaged and shipped. Considering the liquor stores in my state are closed this was a lifesaver!
You should ship with UPS and not FedEx. My package wasn't delivered and I'm told they have no idea when it will be. This was my original review. Country Wine and Spirits contacted FedEx and found out the new delivery date for me! It was above and beyond what I would expect them to do. This is a good company to deal with, my issue was with FedEx and not CWSpirits.com. Will certainly order from them again. Glad they deliver to PA! Thanks again.
Great experience overall, shipped same day i ordered and arrived 1 day after when it said it would be initially delivered..but that isn't bad considering the circumstances we are in. Packed well and will be most appreciated come "porch time"...thank you!

My order was never delivered. I called Fed Ex and they said the paperwork was incomplete and found out that wasn’t true about my delivery. I called the company and email the company and got a response I did get through and was told I'll get a refund and gift certificate. If all goes well I will order again.
Thanks for shipping to Pennsylvania during this pandemic. Our State run liquor stores are closed which forces us to look for alternative ways to acquire our hard liquors. I am not into beer or wine which is allowed to be sold in our state.
