They shipped my order expeditiously but had problems with Fed Ex. Shipment never arrived. Apparently Fed Ex could not find my house since it is a fairly new development. County Wine worked with me, resent the order and absorbed the shipping cost. I called Fed Ex and told them that me address was correct. Got my new shipment in 2 days (on Saturday) as promised by Country Wine. Luckily Fed Ex had a substitute driver on Saturday that was familiar with the area. Bottom line is Country Wine did everything they possibly could to make sure that I got my shipment.
Just received my 1st order from Country Wine & Spirits and very pleased! The items received were as ordered and expected and in perfect condition. The bottles were individually wrapped in at least a couple layers of bubble wrap and taped tightly. The box was filled with Styrofoam peanuts and each wrapped bottle nested in very securely. I will definitely place another order with them and recommend them to friends. Thanks Country Wine & Spirits!
