Fast shipping and liquor were wrapped carefully

A few days ago, I posted a negative review because of the very high price for a bottle of Bombay Gin. Aaron immediately reached out to me to try to address the issue. In very short order, he not only made a generous accommodation, he forwarded the price information I had sent him to his team, to see if the price of that particular bottle was non-competitive. Mail order delivery is still an expensive way to buy liquor, but all my future purchases will be with CWS because of their great appreciation of their customers!! UPDATE: Just heard form Aaron that they did conclude that the Bombay price was a bit high so they reduced it -- pretty significantly. That kind of responsiveness is rare these days. Thank you!

Great prices, selection and service.

I decided to buy some spirits for the 4th of July, so I made a purchase from Country Wine and Spirits on the 26th of June. Almost as soon as the package shipped, there were problems with the shipper and every time I tried to resolve the problems, the situation got worse. Thanks to CW&S and their dedication to customer service, my 4th of July was saved. They took command, stayed on the heels of the shipper and got my little joy to me on the 3d of July. It may not mean much to anybody but me, but the folks from Country Wine and Spirits went above and beyond to make sure their job was done. Good to go CW&S.

Great experience overall. I needed a bottle of nice champagne for our 25th anniversary, but between self-quarantining and few options in remote Maine, I realized my best option was to order online. Ordering was easy, the champagne I wanted was in stock, and the bottle showed up promptly and in time for my anniversary.
