They were out of stock of the scotch I ordered, so they immediately contacted me with a recommendation or the choice to choose a different one. I chose a different scotch, and that same day they shipped it out so no time was lost. Great customer service!

The shipping fee was extremely expensive. Almost the cost of the liquor .

My order came within the allotted amount of time that was originally given upon placing my order. I recieved constant emails and text messages about my order shipment and delivery. The packaging was excellently done. There was no way my bottles could have been broken in any way during the handing and delivery of my order. I was given Country Wine and Spirits through a friend and to pay it foreward I have passed on your name to two to three more people. Thanks so much and of course I will order from you guys again.

Sixteen dollars for shipping seems like a lot to have it take weeks to arrive.

best online liquor store around, some items are overpriced and i don't know if its do to them being in california, but overall prices are fair. the selections of items are great. so far i have not been disappointed. keep up the good work

The ordering process was a breeze, and delivery was fast. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed by two business days, but I would still say the shipment arrived quickly. I didn't need the order before July 4th, however the site assured delivery prior to July 4th based upon my order date. Originally, the order was to arrive July 3rd, but was delayed until July 6th. If it had been imperative to me that the order arrive before the 4th, that would have been problematic. I also would have liked a larger selection to choose from, but I am pleased with the options I purchased. Due to the delivery time and selection I had to remove a star, but I was overall satisfied with my experience and would certainly buy from CWS again.

Super fast shipping and delivery. All of my orders ship within 24-48 hours of placing them and they show up at my front door in 5 days Like clockwork. Better yet, the shipping was free since I ordered enough to meet that requirement. Other places I have used charge exorbitant amounts for shipping and takes 2-4 weeks to get them. These guys are a pleasure to use. Almost easier then going to the Liquor store.
