I’ve tried all the “big name” eye creams, and most left my under-eye area red or itchy. I almost gave up trying new ones until a friend told me about Cuma. I’m so glad I did. The texture is perfect — creamy but not greasy, and it just melts into my skin. I’ve been using it for about six weeks and I can definitely tell my eyes look smoother and less puffy. I also love that there’s no strong fragrance because my skin reacts to everything. I even use it under makeup and it doesn’t mess anything up. It’s become one of those products I don’t even think about — I just automatically reach for it every day.

I see that people are reporting a refund. I believe this is not true as I am disputing the return policy process with CUMA. Yes they will allow me to return the package to CHINA @ $64. plus. CUMA will not provide a USA address and have said it's 'on' them however will not allow me to return the product to the Texas address 'just' posted on their website. BUYERS? I wouldn't !

Both sticks came in one little envelope. It certainly should NOT have been $23.00 for shipping. They came in a little envelope. Why charging two different costs for each stick that came to my house together. I was asked to give a good review but that is impossible given the horrible customer service. Apart from taking weeks to get to me, I finally received the 3 I ordered. Cleansed under eye, used it as instructed, NOTHING HAPPENED.

I haven't tried the products yet, however, the customer service is excellent!! I double-clicked on the product by mistake on order-review payment page, and they refunded me without any problem. Positive experience with them.

I received emails from Maxime with customer Support. She emailed me the policy of how to return and receive my refund. She was extremely professional, and I look forward to receiving my refund.

Not sure how much these people were paid for their reviews but this product does not work. I waited two weeks to receive it. It has the consistency of chapstick, will not be applied smoothly and actually made my eye bags look worse. It is a scam. Don't waste your money.

It did not work for me, but they were very kind in giving me a refund when requested. I sent the unused balms back to them as well.

Upon reaching out via email, I received a reply within 24 hrs honoring their policy of a full refund.

A total scam. I tried to cancel within 1 hour of ordering. I was told it was already processed and out for shipping which took many weeks. They lied. It must be returned to China at my expense and pay the taxes to China for anything over $5 value. SCAM. It was sent from Jamaica NY. But they won’t let you return it there. SCAM!!!

I recently had a problem with my order. Maxime handled this professionally and quickly resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I never received the product. I contacted the company and they wanted a picture of our mailboxes so they could investigate why I never received the package. I sent that. They promised a reply within 24 hours. 5 days later, no reply. Do not buy this product! I never received it and they have not refunded the money although I have contacted numerous times requesting help.

Ezra took care of my problem quickly and refunded the amount requested.

Maxime Meier was the customer service representative who helped me with a quality problem with my purchase. She understood my concern regarding the defective tube of Cumabalm I purchased. Maxime searched my customer number and quickly corrected the situation by sending me another tube. Her correspondence was clear, friendly, and professional. She was happy to help me and made the sincere effort that any customer would appreciate. Thank you, Maxime, for replacing my defective Cumabalm tube. 5-star rating!

Update to following review. I did hear back from them and they did refund my order. Ineffective, I did use it for a month not the 90 day guarantee. You have to go through hoops to get a refund which they know people won’t do. They want pictures of your under eye bags before, after 30 then 60 then 90 days then after 90 days, oops the warranty has expired. Who on earth would think to take a photo of themselves before starting the usage. A fool and his money are soon parted.

When I had a return, the customer service rep, Ezra, immediately contacted me and processed my return quickly and easily. I would definitely order from Cuma again!
