Sharon (my tutor for the SSSTS course I recently completed), really went above and beyond to ensure everyone was given the best possible chance of success on the course, the interactivity and fun element she brought really made time fly, couple that with the care she showed to get to know each of us as an individuals, and course intel and depth it was really second to none. I would really recommend the course to anyone wanting or contemplating doing the SSSTS course and I’d especially recommend Sharon. I’m normally a wreck when it comes to tests or assessments but the confidence given to me by the information supplied over the 2 days and delivery of that information meant that when it came to it I’d never been more confident sitting a test.

Course was delivered by a great presenter who encouraged the group to be interactive. Genuinely a pleasant learning environment with a good blend of serious delivery and a little humour to help us along the way.

I have just finished my sssts course the venue was buddle road in Elswick Newcastle the venue was great facilities were good.my tutor was Mark burgess who was exerlant with his presentation and knowledge.it was a great 2 days spent under his guidance.....we were given all the training module books and it was all the better as I passed thanks to Mark..
