The Exchange is a great tool

The Exchange is a great tool. To be honest, it has declined a little over the years in my opinion, but it is still a fantastic asset to any courier or haulage business. It helps us cover work when we are stuck and obtain re-loads for our own returning vehicles.

Subscription driven business model not a level playing field

Subscription driven business model not a level playing field . 7,000 subscribers at £750 each you do the maths. Never got the rates per mile I was told i would get. Tired of pointless hours bidding for jobs at a an increasingly discounted rate. Tired of bidding for the same job that was posted by several companies looking for the lowest quote to get back to the same client Its essentially a race to the bottom with a business model that steadily pushes down prices till its impossible to make a living. Lasted a year and even after being called 5 to 6 times by their marketing recruitment people , and having explained my utter disappointment with the platform and my misgivings they still tried to push me to cough the £750 but I knew it was pointless trying to make it work. I notice CX are always quick to reply it's just a marketing tactic, the whole industry is being killed by the Gig economy apps only the big companies win with haulage companies eating into the same day business.

Being with courier exchange is the best experience ever as a courier driver. I manage to book my jobs in advance and this gives me a peace of mind. Being able to send the PODs digitally and creating your invoices immediately is fantastic. A Manyeruke
