I had botox treatment a week ago upper face. I had a discounted treatment as I was a model , treatment was done by learning trainers, over seen by a Trainer not a doctor . This was my second botox treatment with this company . My first treatment was upper face corner of eyes and middle of brow. after a day of the treatment I was left very bad bruised on one side of my face and looked like I had a black eye it lasted for 2 weeks and left me a bit embarrass walking around and meeting people. I did send a email but got no reply as lock down restrictions came in. I also had payed a deposited on that day before leaving the clinic for next treatment of botox with the promise of a discount off my next treatment which I received on my last treatment . On my last botox 17th march I talked to the trainer on the day of my botox day, and I explained to her that my last botox on my face left me very badly bruised and that injections must have hit blood vessels and that I was a bit concerned about this happening again. The trainer told me while 2 trainees there that I would most likely be bruised as there is many blood cells and that most likely can not be avoided . Now I have been having botox for over 15 years and have never been badly bruised like first treatment and also the second last one I had bruises side of my face on each side, this is due to injections hitting blood cells and not the right areas which are approved by the watchful Trainer as the pin points are marked by the learning trainers to admin the botox injection. so not the fault of the learning trainers but of the advice of the trainer. I had filler booked on that day as well but did not have it as I felt it would give me more problems and I did not feel confident that it would be over seen correctly . I won't be going back to this cline but I would say that treatments should be overlooked by a doctors present while training new trainers and understand the muscles , nerves and blood vessels in the face. Also the main area I wanted done to lift the brows , I was given excuses why that should not be done, but as I have had it many times in the past years, I just don't think they where not confident in treatment of brows nor had the skill.

Always satisfied with the result. The team are able to understand exactly what I want and keep it as natural looking as possible. Staff are professional at all times, and the environment is always spotless. Feel very safe in their hands and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Amazing! The course teachers were very knowledgeable, patient and we were taught in small groups of 4 giving plenty of opportunity and wasn't overwhelming. I did the foundation course which was a full day and felt confident once I left in my ability. The company continues to offer support which I really like as I dont feel like I'm left on my own once I completed the course. Overall I'm so happy I booked and completed the course with the company. Would highly recommend!!

Hi I think the trainee wasn’t confident to do that treatment I think bite scared and I also have left quite few bruised under my eyes
