The receptionist Megan was so lovely, really warm and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Treatment was good but feel I may need adjustments, would be great if the team learning were a little more chatty and friendly as it didn’t feel overly comfortable this time round.

I went for a consultation and unfortunately I was late due to trains. However, they still saw me all be it I had to wait. The consultation lasted about 15mins and the advised me of what they thought would be best for me, the likely outcome and all the pros and cons. I am now booking with them

I attended for the PRP course. It was excellent. Mel our tutor was very thorough. We all got a chance to participate in the preparation and the injecting on clients. Everything was very safe and full PPE present and worn. Thank you.

I had a really fun and informative day on the Advanced Botox and Fillers course. I would have given the day 5 stars if we had just had a couple more clients wanting fillers - particularly lip fillers, which was of particular interest to me. In the morning session the clients wanted upper face botox which I felt was covered in the foundation training and I am now experienced in, which was a requirement to come on this course. Ruth was great, she explained things really well and gave me the confidence to do a cheek filler treatment with a cannula which I was really anxious about. I highly recommend this course. Thanks for a great day.

Customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with in years. The attitude of the receptionists (not all) is shocking. Good treatments and therapists but the customer care is awful. Lots of late cancellations, lots of broken promises of call backs. Non honoured treatments! Would never use again after years of attending and lots spent. In fact they’ve told me not to come following me bringing this to their attention.

Dr Nathan was supervising another doctor doing her training for cheek bone fillers and he was very professional. I felt in such good hands and was not scared anymore as it was my first time to have fillers. He even gave his honest opinion and advice regarding my questions and was very patient. I would highly recommend anyone to book an appointment with him.
