Great course, really enjoyed it. My only comment would be is that i was told there would be a maximum of six candidates and there were 8 or 9 which meant we didn't have as much hands on experience as I would have liked. But still a brilliant day. Thank you.

Practical course booked where 3 out of 4 models booked had cancelled. Highly disappointing and unsatisfactory for a practical injectable course.

It is what it says a school you are not getting anything cheaper ...

This would have been 5 stars, the morning session was really in depth theory wise and very enjoyable, the afternoon practice session was good but felt I needed a little more practice on the day. Overall would recommend this course.

I did the basic Botox n fillers course. Not the best course. The tutors main focus is on trying to sign you up for more courses with him. I would not recommend this course.

My main request was to be assessed as a model at reduced rates for PDO thread & subsidiary to that assessment of pigmentation I attended early as I was unfamiliar with the area . I did not mind waiting but sadly was not offered to wait anywhere inside when the place was empty.The area outside is a Business Park-no seats /benches or anywhere to sit and wait in the cold and no coffee shop unless you walked back 10-15min to the station which it was suggested I did. Sadly,during my initial telephonic chat & booking the service appeared professional -however attendance & contact later disproved that. It also appeared that I was booked for pigmentation assessment 1st and they were ‘unsure’if I could and would be seen fir my initial enquiry -The PDO. Person running late -10-15min (no problem) Receptionist checked with the medical practitioner to see how much longer -‘professional responded rudely with no apology & did not appear to give damn that the customer was waiting& listening-(she was aware of my presence) Waited another 40-min then had to return home. Purpose of visit not met after : 1/1/2 of travel , sitting around in the cold outside, waiting an 45-60min having wasted my time and money as I had taken 1/2day off,paid £24 travel ,lost ,£200 pay and had to pay a Carer. To top it all off -no follow up call /offer or apology. What’s disheartening is that this place /people think it’s ok to treat someone like that and that their time is only of relevance. Wouk do this be because I was to be a model and not a full fee paying customer? I hope the company understand the importance of not only valuing their own time but that others also deserve that too. As they say ..time is money. I felt disrespected and devalued from this experience and can only hope they don’t treat others as they did me. My other thought was ...🤔Was I treated this way because I was black -therefore they did nit value my time it custom? Well...time will tell.Let’s see what others have to say as I cannot see them going far with this poor attitude.

Dr Nick held the training course that I was a model for. He explained every step to the trainees and myself, he gave positive feedback and double checked and corrected where required. I felt confident as a model due to his expert guidance throughout. Very happy with the results and look forward to being a model in the future.
