I love Cornish Tea's Smugglers Brew and wanted to try the coffee and Cruffins, so headed to the website to order. Everything was super easy and communication and delivery was prompt and efficient. There was a slight issue with not getting the correct hamper, but this was dealt with straight away by Sarah and some Cruffins are making their way to me. I can’t wait to try them. Thank you all.

Excellent service, resolution of an error I made with the date without an issue ensuring my order arrived by the time it was required. Then the quality of their product was outstanding, I’m coeliac (gluten free) and we enjoyed an amazing authentic cream tea without having to travel to Cornwall. Today the post brought me a lovely early Christmas present from my friend Janine. It was a cream tea, in a box, from The Cornish Tea Company. Occasionally, there is a minor mishap in an order, nothing serious, but you end up with something a unexpected. This happened - for the first time - last Friday and I wrote over the weekend. Early this morning, I had a fulsome apology and the promise of the correct order in the post today.
