Outstanding service
Occasionally, there is a minor mishap in an order, nothing serious, but you end up with something a unexpected. This happened - for the first time - last Friday and I wrote over the weekend. Early this morning, I had a fulsome apology and the promise of the correct order in the post today. I shall doubly enjoy this fabulous tea and order it again in due course: outstanding service from a senior member of the Sales team. Well done for this.
