As usual, service second to none.

I love the fact that this is a local Cornish based Company that do not use plastic in their teabags. They are honest about this important fact, unlike many other big Tea companies who fudge and mask it. The tea and coffee are the best flavoursome tastes and arrive promptly. Love the Tea but the Boxes the Tea is delivered in is always squashed and ripped. Not Cornish Tea Co.'s fault but Royal Mail who just don't care! The box I received with x3 boxes of tea in that I ordered as part of gifts for Easter one of the tea boxes was squashed badly too but it was for my son so he didn't mind as he just loves the tea.

Love their decaf tea especially as no chemicals used in decaffeinating the tea. My only complaint is that they don’t sell it with their yummy Cornish shortbread which is also to die for!!
