I was recommended to Cornerstone by a friend and had no knowledge of looking for rental properties in Thailand, I was contacted by Sea from Cornerstone after my initial email, I was shown a property which I really liked and that was it really, I didn't have to do that much as Sea herself took care of all the details, my trepidation at renting in a foreign country was put at ease by the quick, friendly and professional way that Sea handled my request, top tier service, well recommended.

They play the bait and switch games by advertising good units to hook you into contacting them, and they replying, "Sorry, it's been rented" and then bumping you to higher and better commission based sales. And a month later, the Bait Property that has been sold or rented is still advertised as available to hook new clients.

The most important part of any real estate team is the agent that shows you the available condos and inventory. In my case I had an expert. Sea asked the right questions got to know me, she understood my needs and wants. She knew the difference and that's important. She didn't take me to places outside of my budget. Her instincts and knowledge paid off. We only looked at three apartments before I found my dream home. Sea was friendly funny at times and patient. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars all the way.
