Coomers is my local builders merchants and I use them quite regularly, but it's not often that I get things delivered. Recently I had some trellis and posts delivered, and all arrived on time, but there were a few issues. Nevertheless, the great thing is that these issues were sorted incredibly quickly and with no fuss at all - in fact Teresa and Peter turned everything around so fast that I had no delay. Now that is what I call service. It's when things go wrong that a good company makes them right in no time at all! For this reason I will still give a 5 star review, and I would like to say thanks so much to Teresa and Pete and the guy who delivered who's name I didn't catch - you were all great! Thank you! :-)

Staff ever so helpful….accidentally clicked to collect at Haslemere instead of Bordon branch….received an e-mail asking if I’d prefer to pick up order at Bordon…saved a bit of red-face and travelling time..we’ll spotted, I say..👌🏾

Driver was very helpful with delivery but no time was told for delivery.

Very helpful when I realised that I had ordered the wrong size fencing panel - delivered the correct size and picked up the wrong one.

Took time to arrive and yet I live less than 0.5 miles from site. Then panels couldn’t be placed where I wanted or needed them owing to driver being on his own. So overall, customer service not good. Not even average.
