Really impressed once again with Coomers. Excellent customer service and very flexible when I needed to amend delivery date.

Order was efficiently processed and ready to collect.

Prompt delivery and very polite guy. Slight issue with the wrong item but sorted and replaced the same day. So pleased that the driver carried everything up the front steps and offered to help carry the longer timbers around the back of the property. Can’t fault the service and will use again.

Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Driver was most helpful.

Ordered items on click and collect, timber sheet and carcass timber. Told to wait in collection area , waited 15 mins , no one came , went back to sales desk ,told to go to sheet timber area. Given materials went back to timber area still no one came , back to sales desk, gentleman on desk went and got my carcasses timber . Told me ply I had been given was hardwood notsoftwood ply ,! Returned to sheet area unloaded existing ,reloaded correct sheets!!!!! Total time 45minutes!!!

Had everything I required. Speedy delivery. The best part was that all of the wood was "straight" with no warping.
