Good communication and best writers

I don't understand why they couldn't assist me. It was revised 3 times, supposedly each time by "more experienced writer". I ended up not using one word of what they wrote for me. For me, it was a complete waste of time and money.

I had my doubts before seeking the help of CDP. However, the article I received was well constructed and as per the instructions.

Bad services. No customer service. My project never got finished. They try to talk you into getting other services you haven't asked for when they haven't finished what you already paid for so you can spend all your money. All they want is money. Your better off creating your own website at least it will be something you like and you don't have to keep changing it. These people make your project how they want it to look and not what you asked for. My business got set back behind my deadline because they never completed it. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody because your going to keep loosing money. I will never give them the money they want to build a website because it's a waist of money. Keep and save your money. These websites builders are all scams.

This company is solely as a scam the so called sounds like writing from individuals that are from a foreign company I should have know when they called me back at 1 am Chicago time and when it's time for a refund they pass you around from person to person...BUYER BEWARE THE PRICES ARE TOO CHEAP ..TOTALLY A SCAM

I’m very please about this company work. They are professional, fast and what I like beyond everything is that they understood quickly what I wanted. I did around 20 products description with no change needed (I had a big smile on my face when I had received and read all my products description because I really love them, the way how they written down for me). The first go has been perfect. They have experiences, as a customer we can notice these things quickly. A massif thank you to David Miller, he his so patient, polite and efficient. I really feel confortable when I talk to him and that makes feel happy and I want to work with them in the future. This company helps me a lot, my website is almost done and I think without them it would have been difficult for me! Thank you to Liz as well for her patience and help :) —— The only thing I was concerned about is the pricing transparency I don’t know how they fix the amount. Some advisor given to me a price in dollars and others in pounds and it was not always the same amount. Overall I’m glad with the result! Many thanks.

I was very disappointed. They seemed very professional, however the quality of the text they produced was below average. I have asked several times very specifically what I want and what I definitely don't want, but I am not sure they have read the specs first few times. Eventually when they got the spec correct, they produced something I can produce too. The language is very basic and inefficient. I am a foreign and with my unskilful English language I can produce the same level of writing. It was a waste of time and money.

Very dissatisfied with the result, very low and very average level of writing for 10th grade students, no professionalism at all. Took so long and provided very poor content for our website for maintenance & security. They have Indian writers paid at few pence and end result is horrible.

The blogs delivered are always up to expectations. Good work. Timely delivery is highly appreciated. Looking forward to working on many more projects together.

I'm writing this review because the Bruce Kent and his team members at Content Development Pros are excellent and proficient professionals. Every project that I've asked them to do has been completed with a personal touch. It almost felt like they were in the office with me working side by side. Bruce is so good with getting back to emails in a timely matter until I literally impressed. But what most of all got my overwhelming attention, was the personal telephone call. That made me realize that this company was dedicated to customer satisfaction with a personal touch. I will strongly recommend Bruce and his team to my colleagues. Keep up the Amazing work!

My first contact with Content Development Pro (CDP) was with Harvey Stevenson, he explained to me he was my account manager and would be handling the development of the content on my website. Many promises were made by Mr. Stevenson about their staff and the expertise they have when it comes to the development of professional content, blogs, video, SEO, and website development. At first Mr. Stevenson seemed to be sincere. When CDP started working to develop content for my website I noticed the grammar was misleading and needed to be rewriting by writers that understood the English language more clearly. I was promised on several occasions that a new writing team would be assigned to write content for my website and that they had a clearer understanding of what was needed and the appropriate language needed to develop content and blogs. When I question CDP about them using Asians to write content for my site they would not provide an answer. After many rewrites and much frustration about not being on topic and missing the concept of the message, the website was conveying I approved content that I was not happy with just I could get the website up and running, which was a mistake on my part. I encountered the same issues with the development of the video ads, very unprofessional and poor quality, there again the language used was incorrect and never generated a single lead. When I explain to Mr. Stevenson and Ricky, the head of the SEO team, that none of the videos should be posted due to the bad quality Mr. Stevenson stop responding to me. I sent Mr. Stevenson, Rick, and the accounting department an email demanding they STOP drafting my bank account for $900.00 per month because I was not happy with the content and videos. They continued to draft my account for two months. I admit that I (strongly) raised the issue with them that they issued one refund. I explained to Mr. Stevenson if Content Development Pro would correct the videos and content by October 3,2020, I would be satisfied with them keeping the last draft. They refused to make any corrections to either the poorly developed videos or the content. I made another request for a refund of the last draft from my bank which they illegally drafted from my bank when they were instructed not to draft. To this day I have not received a response from Mr. Stevenson, or Mr. Brown, the owner of CDP. They refuse to correct the issues or respond to my emails leaving me with no other avenue except look for another website developer to correct the miss they made io my e-commerce site. I will continue to post reviews with email correspondence that demonstrates what they advertise on their website is not true, and that is a "satisfaction guaranteed"? I have spent many hours and much money trying to get CDP to do the right thing! Standby, more post is coming with clear evidence that I'm telling the truth.

Great Customer Service/Great Results. I was very pleased to work with Content Development Pros to write 10 blog articles for me. They were so fast that I couldn't keep up with them...but they were very patient and gave me the time I needed to review and return comments.
