Horrible service when requesting a quote. Was told 10 minutes and 2 hours later asked where it was and was told they were on it. Then 6 hours after first chat was told the person doing it had yet to start shift. Told them I had meeting to discuss in 30 minutes and then took 28 minutes to just provide a price I am sure was at their finger tips.

I have been using Content Development Pros (CDP) for a couple of months and I am impressed with the quality of their work. CDP is a professional operation. You are given an account manager and project manager who makes sure the product you receive is top quality. Daniel Stanford is my Account Manager and Alex Bert is my Project Manager and they have really made sure my articles were what I expected. The key is to provide a good content brief that lets the content team know what you want. I provide them with a detailed content brief that lets them know what I want and always deliver. I've only had to request a re-write once. I'm always impressed with the writing team. If you don't provide CDP (or any writer) details on how you want the job completed, then the work you receive will most likely not meet your expectations. Take the time to write a proper brief and the quality of the work will meet or exceed your expectations. I'm happy and will continue to use them.

Kayla Simmons (Account Manager) and Abigail Morris (Project Manager) took care of a bunch of content I needed written for an e-commerce site I was developing for a new brand. The pricing was reasonable, the service was prompt and the product was great. I have more brands I’m working with and on as well as growing the site they just worked with so I will certainly be calling on them in the near future to work with my marketing agency as a great, contracted out, SEO/Creative content solution.
