My first contact with Content…
My first contact with Content Development Pro (CDP) was with Harvey Stevenson, he explained to me he was my account manager and would be handling the development of the content on my website. Many promises were made by Mr. Stevenson about their staff and the expertise they have when it comes to the development of professional content, blogs, video, SEO, and website development. At first Mr. Stevenson seemed to be sincere. When CDP started working to develop content for my website I noticed the grammar was misleading and needed to be rewriting by writers that understood the English language more clearly. I was promised on several occasions that a new writing team would be assigned to write content for my website and that they had a clearer understanding of what was needed and the appropriate language needed to develop content and blogs. When I question CDP about them using Asians to write content for my site they would not provide an answer. After many rewrites and much frustration about not being on topic and missing the concept of the message, the website was conveying I approved content that I was not happy with just I could get the website up and running, which was a mistake on my part. I encountered the same issues with the development of the video ads, very unprofessional and poor quality, there again the language used was incorrect and never generated a single lead. When I explain to Mr. Stevenson and Ricky, the head of the SEO team, that none of the videos should be posted due to the bad quality Mr. Stevenson stop responding to me. I sent Mr. Stevenson, Rick, and the accounting department an email demanding they STOP drafting my bank account for $900.00 per month because I was not happy with the content and videos. They continued to draft my account for two months. I admit that I (strongly) raised the issue with them that they issued one refund. I explained to Mr. Stevenson if Content Development Pro would correct the videos and content by October 3,2020, I would be satisfied with them keeping the last draft. They refused to make any corrections to either the poorly developed videos or the content. I made another request for a refund of the last draft from my bank which they illegally drafted from my bank when they were instructed not to draft. To this day I have not received a response from Mr. Stevenson, or Mr. Brown, the owner of CDP. They refuse to correct the issues or respond to my emails leaving me with no other avenue except look for another website developer to correct the miss they made io my e-commerce site. I will continue to post reviews with email correspondence that demonstrates what they advertise on their website is not true, and that is a "satisfaction guaranteed"? I have spent many hours and much money trying to get CDP to do the right thing! Standby, more post is coming with clear evidence that I'm telling the truth.
