Great experience

Good! They undercommit but overdeliver as per my experience with the company. Overall, I had good experience with the company. Professional, consistent, and good-quality articles. One small suggestion: Please shorten your client onboarding process.

They were unable to write a less than 15-page scientific literature review when given resources from which to write after making bold claims that they were more than capable. Similar review articles/publications were given to them as well to serve as a reference- precise comments and a detailed explanation of what I wanted was also provided. Also, I offered to meet(virtually) and discuss with the writers to ensure that the review was at the level I requested however, they did not take up the offer. Furthermore, they did not keep to timelines, and when asked to revise what they delivered, almost no changes were made after taking weeks to send a re-draft. My experience was horrible; none of my expectations were met. and they had over 6 months to do a simple review paper. It was all a waste of money; they did not do what they claimed they could, and they did not have a dedicated writer for my project. It was a waste of money and lots of time. Do not trust them. They will let you down. I want a refund. It's not right what they did with no consequences-FALSE ADVERTISING. I hope this doesn't happen to another customer.
