First (insulation) phase completed today by Consumer Energy Solutions to insulate our home, install a air source heat pump and fit solar panels. The insulation stage work was done by Keiran and Ashley. Superb workmanship; they were fast, efficient, very polite and went above and beyond to get all the work done. A 5 star service from two skilled and hardworking young men. Thanks guys you were great👍👍
We had Nathan & Keelan as the insulation installation team. They were punctual, professional and kept work areas tidy and safe. They accommodated slight adjustments, and also made sure all work complied with current Building Regulations, even conducting remedial work on the existing building structure to ensure compliance. They kept us informed at all stages of work to ensure minimal disruption to household activities, and pet movements, going above and beyond expectations. A thoroughly professional and friendly team, who we had for two weeks working in the property and installed very high quality work.
From the first survey in Februay to completion of work in July the company have communicated promptly and efficiently and have supplied tradespeople of the highest calibre. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and every last scrap of rubbish was cleared. They have been a pleasure to do business with.

This week was the first of the phases starting with onsite insulation. Jayson, Aaron and Jayden have been an absolute credit to CES. Professional and personable. Kept me informed at all times. Cleaned up after themselves. It was a real pleasure to have them in my home. They have certainly set the bar for the next group of workers coming in for the heating and solar panels.

The staff in the office, do not keep to their word, as in getting back to you or saying someone will be in touch. Today I was told an Inspector was calling at 1pm, I cancelled an Appt & stayed in, and no one turned up & no phone call either. I have spoken to numerous staff over the last 12 months, and have all the names & dates available. Still waiting for them to sort our upstairs shower after fitting a pump when we had all the work done. So I thought I would try contacting on here, before going to Citizens Advice as I cant take any more.

All the tradespeople from CES were very accommodating and respectful of our property. The internal insulation guys were incredibly polite and helpful. Covering all of our furniture and moving it before work commenced and at the end of the day, put everything back in it's rightful place. The heating engineers were really quick and neat in their installation keeping any mess to an absolute minimum. The solar guys and scaffolding were in and out so fast and absolute disruption. The office were in constant contact and keeping us up to date with all the works. The only down side if any were the amount of surveys that were conducted before, during and after the install. Communication between departments could be improved through training.

Just had the solar panels installed today by CES. The fitters Calum and Aaron were very professional clean and tidy and listened to us as customers.

Sam Wilson came out to us to complete the last bit of connecting the electrical solar panels to the main electricity box. His work was very neat. He also took the time to go back over how to work the system for both hot water and heating. Thank you again Sam for your help and patience.

Jason, Ross, Tom & Matt did a fantastic job today, highly professional, walked me through the whole process. Did have a bit of a challenge with equipment malfunction. But took the opportunity to clean up and make good while they waited for the generator to cool down. Couldn't even see where they had injected when they had finished. Well done guys 5* !

Our experience was mixed, everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. Was not told to expect a delivery of equipment ( lucky we were in ) day before installation. Firstly the roofing team Arrived late we assumed ( not given an approximate time they would arrive ) both men worked very well and got job done in a few hours. 2 electrians arrived to carry out electrical installation, they worked very hard and we over came a few issues and came back a second day to complete the installation, my wife and myself were very surprised how much electrical equipment needed to be fitted inside the house near to electrical board, the electrician worked his magic and got everything installed inside out electrical cupboard ( we feel someone needs to inform customers of the amount of equipment needed to be installed near to electrical mains unit ) I also feel someone needs to explain about getting touch with your electrical supplier ref exporting electrity from solar panels back to the grid. Also you do not have an out of hours phone number to speak to someone if we have issues during installation. Other than these issues we are extremely happy with the workmen and their workmanship
