Consultiv Utilities is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and expensive.
I have been trying to sort my problem for 2 weeks with no luck. I spoke to lovely lady today called Jo. She was the most helpful person i have spoken to so far, and although she could not resolve my problem she has done everything possible to get the persons that can deal with my problem to do so. So i rate Jo at 5 stars for her help, patience and commitment to helping me as a customer.
Used consultive to switch energy supplier and saved on my current contract rates. Both Graeme Marrs and Craig Portsmouth were very helpful and the switch is seamless and easy.
Consultiv provided us a saving of £498.84 on our waste, and £800+ saving on our energy. Also took care of everything for us.
Would 100% recommend this company - such a friendly approachable team - they have been amazing every step of the way with my business utility needs, from finding me the best deals, to supporting me with any issues that arise (like my energy company incorrectly billing me and causing huge problems!) A special thanks to Jo, Megan and Amanda for all their kindness and support.

Jayson Collier @ Consultiv has been amazing. We had 2 meters each for both gas and electric, numerous suppliers, direct debits and paperwork and all with different end dates (very confusing). Within a few days he managed to renew contracts so they all finish at the same time under fewer suppliers. His response time is amazing and documentation. No costs hidden all in black and white. Highly recommend.
Wayne called me in September 2020 and has been fantastic! He has been completely transparent from the beginning about every aspect of energy which was a big relief after speaking with other companies that hadn't told me anything about the likes of CCL, kVa etc! Not only have Wayne and Bobby secured us great 5year contracts they've also done all the work to get us a big CCL rebate, ensured that we won't be paying it unnecessarily in the future and they arranged the change of tenancy for our new buildings that have now become one and were a right muddle with all the different meters! I've certainly learnt a lot about energy in this time and have complete trust in the honesty of this company and their willingness to go that bit extra. Thanks guys!
Leanne and Amy were fantastic. Took all the details they needed, found all the best deals on the market tailored to our business requirements saving us 15% on our electric use. This is something we would never have ,made the time to pursue as a small business and would have continued paying a premium as a result. Really happy and would highly recommend Consultiv Utilities.
Jamie Cooke has been incredibly helpful with our utilities contracts, but also by going above and beyond with what is best for our business. This includes reclaiming CCL costs, which we didn’t need to pay as we are not for profit. Cannot recommend this company enough! Thanks 😊

I dealt with Dale at Consultiv Utilities and throughout and found the level of service to be excellent. Would highly recommend using them - a very smooth and relatively easy transition over to the new company.
Dale has been incredibly helpful with our utilities contracts, but also by going above and beyond with what is best for our business. This includes reclaiming CCL costs where they were needlessly paid, covering the costs of our yearly display energy certificates and helped to identify a problem with our gas meter not working correctly.
