I have been trying to sort my problem for 2 weeks with no luck. I spoke to lovely lady today called Jo. She was the most helpful person i have spoken to so far, and although she could not resolve my problem she has done everything possible to get the persons that can deal with my problem to do so. So i rate Jo at 5 stars for her help, patience and commitment to helping me as a customer.
Used consultive to switch energy supplier and saved on my current contract rates. Both Graeme Marrs and Craig Portsmouth were very helpful and the switch is seamless and easy.
Consultiv provided us a saving of £498.84 on our waste, and £800+ saving on our energy. Also took care of everything for us.
Would 100% recommend this company - such a friendly approachable team - they have been amazing every step of the way with my business utility needs, from finding me the best deals, to supporting me with any issues that arise (like my energy company incorrectly billing me and causing huge problems!) Wayne is friendly, professional and very efficient. We have used other energy consultants in the past, but this experience was quick and pain free. He got us an extension with our existing supplier at a very good rate, and we are also going to receive a rebate for the CCL that we have paid. All of this in less than 48 hours and a few signatures. Would highly recommend.
Very good communication. Thorough and professional service. The previous company I used missold me energy and didn't follow up on any of their promises. Am fortunate to have found this company who have been excellent so far.
My experience with Consultiv Utilities especially Jamie Marshall has been exceptional, Jamie has gone above and beyond in helping me deal with an unresponsive energy company who was trying to back bill over £120k of energy costs incorrectly. Jamie with all his experience has helped me go to the ombudsman and fight for justice on this, If it hadn't been for Jamie I think I would have lost the plot by now as the energy company has been refusing to talk to us directly. I want to thank Jamie for all his help in this and I would highly recommend anyone wanting A+ service to contact him to see how he can help
A Great company to work with, got the best deal for us and Ash White was so helpful and friendly and an asset to the company, he made me feel confident that he was getting the best deal for us and that they were not just another cold calling company that just want the sales and don't care about their clients. As Consultiv are also a small company like ourselves I also want to support a growing small business. I am also confident that if I have any issues then Ash will deal with it quickly and efficiently with no stress :)

When trying to sort my electric supplier for my business I found speaking to suppliers direct very time consuming , confusing and unhelpful. After speaking to Consultiv Utilities they did all the work for me and found me a great deal for my electric. The staff were very helpful and had things up and running for me very fast which was perfect as I found my self going round in circles when speaking to suppliers myself. Would definitely recommend :)
