Ordered on 10/31/21. Finally called on 11/22/2021 and after about 15 minutes holding, was informed the order had been cancelled. I asked where my refund (Paypal) was and she said they would be sending it out in 4 or 5 days. So they had my money almost a month and never informed me the order had been cancelled.

I placed an order for some boots that I needed for a job. The order was received proceeded and charged to PayPal. I received an order acknowledgment email, an app to track my order( that you charged me for). The app showed the shipment as pending shipment. 4 days later I receive a refund from PayPal then the next day my order disappeared off the app. So basically you canceled my order without notifying me or any reason given. This caused me to miss the required delivery of this item and I had to scramble to find them elsewhere in time. Funny you would send a survey asking about customer service when apparently you have none. I own a construction company that buys 100k or more of items you sell. Way to make a first impression. Needless to say you will not be considered as a vendor. Sincerely, Myron

I buy these a size to big so I have room to move. These are extremely tight and I don’t like to deal with returning thing so now I’m out the money and still need pants.

Disappointed that the proof email went to my spam, which I didn't realize until many days later. It made it such that I'd have to pay a rush fee to receive me order on time. Ultimately, I cancelled. I suspect they send spammy emails from their domain after someone places an order that people block such that legitimate ones like proof approvals get flagged as spam.
