Received wrong color of item purchased ,and attempted twice to talk customer service and no one picks up after about 10 minutes waiting.I have left my information after no luck on speaking to a representative and hope that someone calls me back to resolve this shipping error.

Ordered items were out of stock and phone lines were all busy to try to get a refund. I was told I’d get a call but never did.
When ordered four shirts it said in stock but only shipped two saying two were out of stock. Wouldn't of ordered if known true stock condition. still waiting for last two shirts to ship.

I ordered 32 W 30 L for three pants. All of the labels say 32. 30 but just the dark blue pants fit. The light blue pants are too tight and too long. WHY THE F isn't the number followed by a LETTER so you know EXACTLY what you are looking at!!!!!!!!

They told me when I send my purchase back when its in route I will receive my refynd that havent happen yet Also the boots I ordered didnt te me they were steel toes
The only reason we dropped one star was due to the confusion around when the product shipped from its origin to the warehouse - the messaging we received made it appear that we were receiving our finished product. We searched our property and the neighbors, then called to place a claim for a product we didn't receive. While Construction Gear sent out a message confirming our approval of our proof and added the shipping email information - once I read that it was acknowledging the approval, I did not read further to see the information about the shipping email messages from the original shipper to your warehouse. The unnecessary email from the origin shipper caused confusion when we thought the product was supposed to arrive here.
I want to cancel. Backorder for 4wks?????
