Easy purchase, fast shipping and accurate

I had to send the product back due to needing a different size. There’s no option to choose what to exchange it for. I wrote a note saying what I needed. I didn’t get a response that I was reimbursed or that an exchange would occur. I’m not happy with this company, I wish they would make it right.

Pkg got here in time for Christmas but the pkg itself was ripped open and taped up which exposed the contents. Luckily, I’m the one that got it first because it was a gift for my husband. Probably the fault of the shipping carrier for the damaged pkg

The order was scheduled to arrive and having heard nothing and unable to track the package I called to see where it was. I was then informed it was on back order and no date as to when it would be shipped. I was agitated and I did raise my voice I asked for a refund and was told 3 to 5 business days. I also wanted to know why I wasn’t notified. She said I was. I let her know I was Not at that time she told me not to yell at her and she hung up on me
