These masks go around your head and not around your ears which was unclear from the information provided. The box also contained a flyer with the price of the masks advertised for $10 less than what I paid for them on the website. Not sure what to do with that but thought anyone new ordering should know.

I was very satisfied with the communication and service provided. The custom printed company logo on the hard hat was perfect. They have the hard hat style we currently use and at a savings. I just found a new supplier.

I bought the Avenger A7264 Insulated Hiker and waited until now to write a review. The shipping on the boots was very fast. It took about 2 days to break in the boots but now they are fine and I've worn them for three days in a row with no discomfort. They are exceptionally warm and definitely waterproof. I had another well known brand which are almost the same boot and supposedly waterproof, but failed at that aspect after a month of hiking trails. So if these remain waterproof they will be my go to cooler weather hiker.

The quality was substandard. The main policy is exchange or replace. Then if refund is credited it’s a fraction of the purchase price.

You’re asking me how did we do and I have not received my ordered or a confirmation email as to it being processed or anything Order was placed on 2/3 it’s 2/18 and I emailed twice about my order still nothing.

Great customer service

We cannot use the KN95 masks we ordered from your company because the ear straps are too short. When we try to wear them, the masks pop off immediately. Needless to say, we are disappointed with the product.
