Absolutely the very worst way for anyone to set up their company in the UK, they try to upsell you at every step and actually lie in the process, and disguise progress buttons. The ID check process just goes round and round. Avoid at all costs

Though my company is not set up yet. The process was very easy and clear. When i had filled things in incorrectly (it was my mistake) phil emailed straight away and corrected my mistakes for me. His response time even over the weekend was very impressive. Thanks Phil

It took less than 48hrs to do all the checks, incorporate my company and have a business bank account in place. Yes, they do try to upsell a lot of services, but I focused on what I needed and found the whole experience smooth and seamless. Their customer service was efficient and my queries were answered pretty much straight away. I would use them again, if I needed to set up another company.
