Kayla communicated with me both in writing and verbally to resolve my issue. Her actions were swift, professional and decisive. Kayla's demeanour was extremely courteous and reassuring. I recently set up a limited company and decided on using Companies MadeSimple. At one point when following the online instructions I did experience an issue selecting the correct information. I called and spoke to a really lovely lady who stayed on the call until I completed my submission. She was very patient and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The company support team is so reachable and supportive although the ID check took forever I still recommend their services.
