Helen, made forming a new company an uncomplicated task for me. She was responsive, and supportive, and the system used is easy to use and simple. For those that are unsure on how to form a company, or want to avoid expensive solicitors charges, I cannot recommend this company enough. Im now off to take over the world with my new business!!

Really simple and quick process.

Online form relatively easy to complete. Ease of speaking to a customer service adviser on the phone to reply to queries I had. An improvement may be staff to know more about registering a Scottish company with their English address and whether it has legal implications (I found out it does not)
