Time given to rectify the delay and service received from the agent I dealt with. Patience, clarity of information provided was appreciated.

Excellent service from Gavin! Quick and accurate response and most importantly, able to resolve the issue for me.

Response time was fast and my issue resolution was great, however some services on the website needs more speeding up in terms of processing time.

Very bad experience. They say that in a few hours your company is created but it's not true. They spend their time rejecting all the documents you send them in addition I chose the complete package including the VAT I paid. they created the company after almost two weeks and they didn't say anything about my VAT number that I paid beforehand. I have written to customer service several times but without any response from them. I am terribly disappointed and I demand that the services for which I have paid be delivered to me. I want my VAT number. I don't recommend them at all.

As the name suggests- everything was straight forward and simple. Quick, helpful and efficient service. Looking forward to continue working with them.

Takes a while to get the I.D photo verified because it doesn't accept many attempts for some reason but really smooth service apart from that. Did everything that was promised very quickly and even though I misspelled my email address, the customer service rep Ruhel was very helpful and efficient in helping me rectify the issue.

Experience was great , it was very little effort from my end and CMS did rest of them and made the registration process easy for me.
