Help was available when the ID checks did not go through

I needed a company formed on the same day. The company was to have an overseas director and an overseas corporate shareholder; consequently, getting the ID verified was a little more complex than for UK-resident directors and shareholders. Phil, Karen, and others went out of their way to guide us on how to get the ID verification done ASAP and to ensure the company was formed on the same day, and they did so in a professional and friendly manner. Our client was delighted that we could do as he needed. I can't thank Phil, Karen, and the others enough. I highly recommend using their services.
