Scammers, they wrote off the money for the subscription quietly and do not want to return the money if I do not want to use the subscription

Anche io oggi ho ricevuto la telefonata , sempre la stessa storia, avevo 156 mila euro ma il conto congelato, per sbloccare bisognava versare 600 euro , gli ho detto fa una cosa mandami 50 mila euro e tenetevi il resto a me sta bene . Attenzione Truffa

Do not use CoinStats. This company is shady and cannot be trusted. I was charged the yearly subscription on 2025-08-30 for an annual renewal I did not want. I attempted to cancel before the renewal — their own login activity shows I accessed my account on Aug 29 — but their website repeatedly signed me out and the “Manage account” button did nothing. I could not complete the cancellation because their system failed. Instead of taking responsibility, CoinStats blamed me, stalled with evasive support replies, and initially refused to issue a refund. Only after I produced screenshots (their own login logs), public Trustpilot evidence of identical complaints from other users, and threatened escalation to Stripe, RBC, and Consumer Protection BC did they finally return my money. This feels like a built-in trap: a broken cancellation flow plus a “no refund if you don’t cancel” policy equals an easy way for them to keep customers’ money. I paid for a year of service and was met with obstruction when I tried to stop the next charge. My advice: avoid CoinStats entirely. If you somehow end up as a customer, monitor billing closely, cancel well before renewal, and save every screenshot and support message — you’ll need them to get your money back.

Hallo, damit meine Vermögenswerte in mein Wallet bei XBO.com übertragen werden können, werde ich von Coinstats seit Monaten immer wieder aufgefordert weitere Einzahlungen vornehmen. Vor wenigen Tagen wurde wieder mal angekündigt, dass die Werte nun übertragen werden sollen. Jetzt kam eine Mitteilung, dass eine ERC20 Netzwerkgebühr fällig wäre, um den Vorgang fortzusetzen. Geht es hier wirklich mit rechten Dingen zu oder bin ich in eine große Betrugsfalle geraten? Bei Fragen über den Coinstats Chat dazu, kommt nur die lapidare Antwort, dass ich auf einen Betrug hereingefallen wäre. Grüße Sachl

Vorsicht vor dem Verein - mir wurde eine Hohe Geldsumme zur Ausszahlung versprochen, die angeblich durch KI entstanden ist. Im Vorfeld sollte ich über 16 tausend Euro überweisen - erst dann sollte die Auszahlung von über 200tausend Euro freigegeben werden. Dieses Unternehmen ist alles andere als seriös, denn ich sollte auch noch eine Plattform bei "Simple" eröffnen und somit eine kleine Summe nach England überweisen.

CAREFUL!!! The Values of the historical Portfolio are totally wrong and they change everyday! Don't trust them for tax purposes. I've been communicating with the support for 2 months and they didn't manage to solve the issue! Stay away! Edit: eventually they found out that it happens for currencies different than USD

Awesome coin tracking app

I've tried pretty much every well-known crypto portfolio tracker out there, but CoinStats is the first one that actually managed to connect with all the exchanges I tested or use. On top of that, it also shows DeFi positions like LPs and lending, which most other trackers struggle with. It didn’t take long for me to upgrade to Pro, totally worth it. The layout is clean, intuitive, and just makes sense. I had a couple of small issues when setting things up, but the support team was super helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Martha for her clear answers and quick help! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serious portfolio tracker that actually works.
