Cool just got

I haven’t used CoinStats since their platform was hacked — and now I’ve been charged for a full yearly subscription without any notice or consent. I can’t even log into my account to manage or cancel it. I’ve emailed their support twice and have been completely ignored. No refund. No reply. No accountability. This feels like they’re trying to quietly profit off inactive users, even after a major security breach. For a crypto portfolio app, this is shockingly unprofessional and unsafe. If I don’t get a response immediately, I’ll be reporting this as an unauthorized charge to my bank and escalating it further. Extremely disappointed.

Great all-in-one crypto tracker! CoinStats makes it super easy to manage my portfolio across different exchanges and wallets. The interface is clean, syncing is smooth, and I love the analytics features. It saves me a lot of time and gives me a clear overview of my investments. Highly recommended!

Avoid this company because they have done more harm than good. Also, their support is worse; I had an issue with my withdrawal with them, and their support could not help me out. I regretted putting in my funds here. Avoid them at all costs. Luckily, I found KON MINES and it was a different scenario. They assure good returns, and they constantly pay without any issues.

I was charged after forgetting to cancel the Premium trial. I canceled the subscription right after being charged and contacted CoinStats support the same day requesting a refund — as per their 14-day money-back guarantee. It’s been several days, I followed up multiple times, and my messages were seen but ignored. Very disappointing experience. Still waiting for a response…

Coinstats is a very easy and accessable place to view all your wallets in one place, if you have any issues then they are very helpful and quick to respond, great service, will 100% recommend them

I participated in a campaign on Galxe by Space ID and received a free three-month premium subscription. All I had to do was link my bank card. I thought any honest service would simply stop the subscription if I didn't renew it. Then one day, I found a "Delete Account" button in my personal account, received a message that the deletion request would be reviewed within 72 hours, and forgot about your company. But April comes, and I receive an SMS that some CoinStats is trying to charge nearly $168 from my bank card. Unbelievable! These scammers not only didn't delete my account but are also trying to steal my money! I try to find a way to remove my bank card from their website, but there's no such option. I write in the live chat requesting my account be deleted and receive a response: "I've passed your request to our respective team, and we'll get back to you soon." A day or two passes, and they try to charge my bank card again! Now, the live chat stops responding altogether, and in April, there are seven attempts to steal money from my bank card! Thus, I conclude that this is a scam disguised as a legitimate service.

They keep charging my card! It doesn't matter how many times you cancel - once they have your card details they will keep taking the money out. Managed (after strenuous efforts) to get a refund last year. This year they're not answering my messages. Have been in touch with my bank who are now taking action on my behalf. I'm not unique - see other's reviews on here stating the same. Stay well away from these people.

Summary of my experience w CoinStat: Within 8 months of usage: CoinStat decided to reduce the portfolio frequency update from anytime to on demand and under precise circumstances. Since a few weeks it doesn't even update anymore portfolio changes. If you use defi/aave the accounting of with defi or without is incomprehensible and do not match between web and mobile. In general the definitions of the various of P&L variations are plain mind boggling and do not even match between web and mobile. All these obvious feature not working seamlessly at all make this product a complete waste of money.

Works great to track you portfolio and have an insight in your % allocations. Tracks nft's and staked coins as well, everything automatically which saves me a lot of time!! Best i've come across!

Customer service is slow and below standard when it comes to helping with issues. The app is ok except for the average buy and P//L which works for some crpto but not for others. Also, i cancelled my membership the day before it was to renew but they still debited my account. Tried to get it re-imbursed but again CS is slow to respond. The excuse is that they have to escalate it. It's been over a week now.
