Customer service too long
Iβve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and Iβve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but itβs taking over a week to look into and sort out

Didt have the correct stock and still charged me
Processed my order but didt have the stock available and therefor I did not receive my products. As a result I had to chase CNP up to find this out. All in all I did not receive the products o wanted. However I did receive something similar. This was disappointing and not a great first time experience
