I’ve complained about receiving only half my order over a week ago and I’ve had one message back saying that they will be I touch I ordered 2 x beef protein (strawberry laces) and received 1 but it’s taking over a week to look into and sort out

Bought for the first time on Cyber weekend due to working for a competitor in the past I always used a staff discount. This was my first time moving away from the brand in years. I purchased Ignition for a usual pre-workout and Cognition to give non-stim a go for after work sessions to try get some better sleep. There was a delay in my parcel due to demands over Black Friday but there response was speedy and even through in a few samples and a not apologizing. A very nice touch. My only suggestions would be switching to paper tape instead of sellotape and using paper packing instead of plastic bubbles. Would be great if there was 100% recyclable delivery packaging. Would recommend & I plan on buying again.

Ordered Black Friday and Cyber Monday...whilst it may be a busy time, this should be counted for in advance. Order delivery was delayed, first order was incomplete with missing items ‘to follow’ nothing to say why not included or when to expect. CM package came with apology on delay (after receiving no confirmation of shipping) but missing items from BF package still not included...great deal but disappointing service

I have not received my order! It’s apparently been delivered to someone’s ‘porch’.... I don’t even have a porch. It’s not CNP’s fault, but I’ve yet to receive my goods having paid for them??!
