My stay at Mono Clinic was truly amazing from start to finish. I traveled here for a breast reduction and uplift, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. To start, my surgeon Dr. Muhammet Eren ERSÖZ was absolutely incredible. He is such a gentle, caring, and compassionate doctor, yet extremely talented at what he does. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable, listened to, and truly cared for. I was never treated like just another number, but like a real patient whose well-being genuinely mattered. His professionalism and kindness gave me so much confidence going into surgery, and I am beyond grateful to have been in his hands. The aftercare was just as outstanding. The villa itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for recovery. Being far from home can be scary, especially while healing, but the care I received made it feel like home. Hasan was one of the most caring, helpful, and sweetest souls I’ve ever met. He was incredibly attentive and always there when I needed anything. Recovering away from home isn’t easy, but he made the entire experience comforting and stress-free with his kindness and constant support. Shelly was equally amazing — it truly felt like having a mother abroad. On mornings when I woke up in pain, she would bring me breakfast so I could take my medication comfortably. She was always checking on me, making sure I was okay, not in pain, and well taken care of. Her warmth and nurturing nature meant more to me than words can express. I genuinely believe that Hasan and Shelly made my stay even more special, and they deserve their flowers for their incredible humanity, care, and compassion. Overall, Mono Clinic exceeded all my expectations. From the medical care to the aftercare, everything was exceptional. I am so thankful for this experience and would highly recommend Mono Clinic to anyone considering surgery — you will be in the best hands. 💐

I had an amazing experience with Caner from Mono clinic. He has heen patient with me and provided excellent service with assisting me with the necessary procedure I should do. Until I get to travel, he had assured me that he is just a text away 🤗 How awesome 🌟

I am happy with the service I received, everything was as I had expected. I was in for gastric sleeve and I slept at the hospital for all 3 nights. All necessary blood tests and other medical tests were done before surgery, the actual procedure was explained, the hotel was clean, the hospital was up to standard and I had a beautiful dietitian session with cagla, Mohammed was the assigned assistant who was helping me with the whole process, he is very much fluent in English and explained each and every step.

I came here to fix my smile with Dr Anil Burak and his lovely nurse,everything went smoothly, he made sure I went home with a perfect smile , thank you for this ! Many thanks to Said and Tutku for informing me with anything I needed to know. My stay at the hotel was amazing, that i need to thank to the entire staff, to Gigi ,Melek, John, Toha, Emre, Cem and not the last Ilker, very brilliant staff 👏 All the conversations I had prior to arrival was with the help of Ceren and Pelin :)

I was very nervous and sceptical about this in the beginning thinking influencers are probably being paid by the clinic to say the right things. I made peace with the fact that I might be scammed but gave it a go anyway. Wow was I pleasantly surprised 😊 from my arrival to departure everything was so well planned. My doctor was amazing and seeing my new body transformation in the mirror makes me cry. A special thank you to my Turkish Angels Esra, Gigi and forgot the name of my nurse they kept me informed and made sure my experience was a 10-star. I had a great experience with Mono Clinic Izmir for my breast enlargement surgery. The whole process was very well organised from start to finish, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Beste was fantastic with helping us arrange flights and any questions/concerns I had. She was very helpful & made the whole process very simple. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and supportive throughout, and they always made me feel comfortable and well looked after. A special thank you to Bakir and Mohammed for their amazing support and care — they really went above and beyond. Gigi at the hotel was also fantastic, with great communication and always happy to help. Dr. Ergin was kind, attentive, and really listened to the results I wanted to achieve, which made me feel confident in his care. I’m very happy with my results and would highly recommend Mono Clinic Izmir to anyone considering breast enlargement surgery. Excellent service and a great team.

Mono clinic it’s the best👌, went to mono clinic with my husband they also accommodated him without any hidden cost, we were treated like Royals👸🤴since day one till the last day…would I go back for more? Definitely am coming back soon 🤗

This is an update to my previous review, as the situation became even more serious. I paid a total of £1,000 to Monoclinic for one single surgery that was later cancelled and never took place. No treatment, consultation, or service was ever provided. When I first cancelled the surgery and requested a refund, I was repeatedly reassured via WhatsApp that it was “not a problem” and that their team would contact me shortly. I was told things like “yes, of course” and “our team will contact you”, but no one ever did. Each day I was pushed to the next day with the same vague promises, without any real action or resolution. Because of this ongoing delay and lack of response, I was eventually forced to raise disputes with my banks. What is extremely concerning is that Monoclinic submitted the exact same WhatsApp messages and the same documents as “evidence” to both banks, even though the payments were made through two different card providers. They used the same evidence to claim that both payments of £500 were a “non-refundable deposit” for the same cancelled surgery, effectively trying to keep the full £1,000 without providing any service at all. I never signed any contract confirming that the payments were non-refundable, and this was never clearly explained to me before I paid. This “non-refundable deposit” explanation only appeared after I asked for my money back. Their final response was to stop communicating with me and redirect me back to my banks. Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be extremely careful and never pay large amounts upfront. If you cancel, you may lose all your money even if no treatment ever happens.

I traveled alone for my treatments, but I never felt alone. Every step of the way, I felt completely supported. A big thank you to Tutku, Esra, GG, and Busra for booking my lovely en suite room, I absolutely loved it! I’m also grateful to the kind lady who escorted me to the pharmacy, the nurse who visited daily with much-needed pain relief (even though I may have been a bit of a handful 😂), the hotel receptionists, and the kitchen staff who made sure I always had room service. Special thanks to the cleaning crew, who made sure I was never without towels. There are so many people who made this experience unforgettable, and although I can't name everyone, I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to each of you. Thank you all for making my stay and treatment truly memorable!

Great communication taken step by step into my treatment plan

From the very beginning they have been very helpful, Çağatay was very attentive and always willing to help in any way he could,

Ich hatte am 18.12.2023 mein Mommy Makeover. Zunächst die positiven Punkte: Das Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und das Personal freundlich sowie bemüht. Auch das Essen war gut. Die Klinik war sauber, und das Pflegepersonal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und präsent. Der behandelnde Arzt wirkte freundlich und engagiert. Leider überwiegen für mich am Ende die negativen Erfahrungen deutlich. Mir wurde im Vorfeld zugesichert, dass vor Ort jederzeit eine deutschsprachige Betreuung vorhanden sei. Dies war jedoch nicht der Fall. Niemand sprach Deutsch, sodass die Kommunikation lediglich mit Händen und Füßen oder über Übersetzungen möglich war. Nach der Operation im Hotel wäre ich ohne meine Begleitperson völlig auf mich allein gestellt gewesen. Eine persönliche Betreuung fand nicht statt. Die Medikamente wurden mir lediglich übergeben – ohne Erklärung zur Einnahme oder Anwendung. Erst beim Kontrolltermin zwei Tage später stellte sich heraus, dass ich die Medikamente falsch eingenommen hatte. Besonders schwerwiegend waren die Komplikationen bei meiner Brustoperation. Dabei wurde mein Muskel beschädigt, und das Implantat ist durchgebrochen. Aus diesem Grund musste ich ein zweites Mal in die Türkei reisen. Letztlich war ich gezwungen, in Deutschland beide Implantate durch einen Chirurgen entfernen zu lassen, der mir bestätige das es ein Fehler des Chirurgen in der Klinik wahr. Trotz dieser erheblichen Komplikationen habe ich von der Klinik keinerlei finanzielle Rückerstattung erhalten. Zusätzlich wartete ich selbst zwei Wochen nach der Operation noch immer auf konkrete Anweisungen zur Narben- und Wundpflege – leider ohne Erfolg. Fazit: Hotel und Pflegepersonal waren bemüht, jedoch ist die Organisation und insbesondere die Betreuung für deutschsprachige Patientinnen aus meiner Sicht unzureichend. Die schweren Komplikationen sowie der fehlende Support im Nachhinein machen diese Erfahrung insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.
