avoid at any cost
if I could give it a -10 rating I would. This company is beyond of a joke. They treat their customers like dirt. Over the 3 x years of my tenancy they ignored reported maintenance issues multiple time... See more

I have been a client (landlord) of CKB …for a couple of years plus.
I have been a client (landlord) of CKB for a couple of years now. I would like to say that the level of service that I have received throughout this period had been second to none. Kemal in particular has gone above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions to help me out. I can whole heartedly recommend this company to any landlords out there.

Called up to ask about a property and …
Called up to ask about a property and organised a viewing. Spoke to a very friendly and attentive person on the phone called Kelly who answered all my queries. Despite the fact that their office had even closed she followed up with me in an email letting me know of all the available viewing time slots for the week. Would recommend for a stress free and flexible experience.

I have a been a client of CKB for 2 …
I have a been a client of CKB for 2 years now. First of all they have found the suitable tenant for the flat in a very short time and have been managing the property since. They are very accommodating, very flexible and reliable. I believe they are exactly the same with the tenants too. Every time I deal with CKB, I am under the impression that they have their client's best interest at heart. I have to also add that they have been extremely flexible too and have maintained professionalism through different situations that occurred. Thank you Kemal, Cengiz and the team!
