if I could give it a -10 rating I would. This company is beyond of a joke. They treat their customers like dirt. Over the 3 x years of my tenancy they ignored reported maintenance issues multiple times, made up stories, disregarded complaints, indirectly caused a damage to my property, lied and denied any wrongdoing. Not wanting to deal with the agency any longer I sat down and wrote a complaint to the landlord - which took me 2.5hrs to write ( after multiple floodings from a blocked shower ) and the lanlord just passed it onto the agency, which shows a complete and utter disrespect to a paying customer ( btw in their reply the agency said they 'disagree' (!)). It started before I even moved in - nobody passed on the keys to me for 4 x days until I called them, and they never told me the garden in the property was shared ( but told me I would 'have to maintain the lawn' ). Let that sink in. This company is an absolute height of arrogance ( btw I always paid rent in advance, was not late a single time )
